If you change your mind about an item purchased from us, we accept returns based on the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned at your own expense
  • Items must not have been used and returned in their original condition
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the date received (indicated as the date of delivery on the tracking details)
  • Items are not personalised (have no engraving)

A refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) will be processed upon receipt after inspection to confirm the above conditions. To organise a Change of Mind return, please Contact Us.

 

If your item has been damaged in transit or has been engraved incorrectly, firstly we sincerely apologise!

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can offer the best solution possible for your situation.

 

Please note: Boards that have bent, warped or cracked due to a lack of proper care, are not considered to be a faulty item. 

If we have custom made your board to set specifications and it has not been engraved, returns will be considered on a case by case basis. Please Contact Us to discuss further. 

Unfortunately, we do not take returns on personalised/engraved items. Should you have concerns about the engraving you received, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us and we’d be more than happy to discuss your concerns and see if there’s anything we’re able to do.
